Hot Temper or Mixed State?
As someone with bipolar disorder I know what it means to lose control of your temper. McCain's outbursts, his red-face rage, his uncontrolled fury, remind me of me when I'm in a mixed state, that dangerous period when you are in a low mood but with very high energy. I can't imagine someone with so little control given any kind of authority. Scares me to death. Barack's equanimity, his unflappability, is one of his most important characteristics. As McCain said in the last debate, we need someone with a steady hand to lead this country in this time of crisis.
