Too bad I don't have Barack's phone number. I'd call him and tell him that the solution to all his problems lies in a simple bill Congress will happily send him (if they value their jobs.) Tax all bonuses to executives of companies receiving TARP money at a rate of 90%. Retroactive to 2008. Then we could avoid absurdities like this.
